HUBATOR

An online retail and print-on-demand fashion brand: t-shirts, accessories and more. This was never "just a website"; it was an e-commerce ecosystem, built and managed end to end.

The idea

Selling online looks simple from the outside: a store, some products, a checkout button. The reality is a loop: products, presentation, payments, orders, shipping, customer trust, repeat. Hubator was built to run that entire loop, not just to look like a shop.

What was built

  • Storefront: hand-coded HTML, CSS and JavaScript, designed mobile-first. No template, no page builder, no WordPress.
  • Dashboard: a private admin built with Next.js and React: product management, orders, discounts, reviews and collections.
  • Backend + database: Node.js APIs with MongoDB: products, orders, payments and scheduled publishing.
  • Payments: Razorpay integration with verified payment capture.
  • Media: Cloudinary for product imagery.
  • Infrastructure: storefront on GitHub Pages behind Cloudflare; dashboard and APIs on Vercel.

The honest part

E-commerce is where "design" meets "does it actually work at 2am when someone checks out." Hubator taught the unglamorous half of building products: taxes and shipping rules, failed payments, customer emails, and the discipline of keeping a live store healthy. The whole platform is hand-coded today; Shopify and WooCommerce integrations are planned for the future. No revenue figures are published here. The work speaks through the system itself.
